Note 1: The return wire jumper extension may or may not be required
for each mounting bracket kit. Refer to the instructions furnished with
the mounting bracket kits.
Support Mounting Bracket Kits
Support mounting bracket kits have been designed to easily install the
C48/58-1000B Power Extend Converter into the power systems listed in
Table 2 . A support mounting bracket kit must be used for grounding and
mechanical support. The various support mounting bracket kits available
are listed in
Table 3 . Each kit comes with specific installation instructions.
Refer to Figure 1 for an illustration of the C48/58-1000B.
Application
Applications of this product include, but are not limited to the following:

This product could be used in applications in which the DC power is
delivered over long distances to the end load.

The power extend converter, with its output voltage regulated at a
higher level than its input, allows the end load to be sustained for a
longer period of time during a battery discharge condition.
