Work Light Bulb Replacement
The work lights are equipped with LEDs and do not
use a replaceable bulb. If a work light no longer
functions, the entire light must be replaced.
Turn Signal Bulb Replacement
The turn signal lights are equipped with LEDs and
do not use a replaceable bulb. If a turn signal light no
longer functions, the entire light must be replaced.
Strobe Beacon Bulb Replacement
1. Turn the strobe beacon off and wait five min-
utes

High Voltage!
Before removing lens, turn off power and wait
five minutes.
2. Unscrew the strobe
lens (A) from the base.
3. Hold the circuit board
(B) in place with one
hand and remove the
strobe bulb (C).

4. Install the new strobe
bulb. Push securely
onto the circuit board
connectors.
5. Check to ensure the
circuit board and the
O-ring are in place,
and reinstall the
strobe lens.
Heater Air Filter Replacement
The 2) heater air intake filters should be replaced on a
yearly basis, or sooner if operating in dusty conditions.
1. Remove the 2) thumb screws (A) holding each
filter cover (B) onto the cab.

Remove both air filters from the cab air intake
vents and insert the replacement filters.
3. Reinstall the filter covers and thumb screws.
Fuse Replacement
The fuse block is located in the headliner just in
front of the right control panel.
1. Remove the 2) thumb screws (A) from the fuse
block cover (B).
2. To determine the circuit and fuse size,

place the
fuse block cover next to the fuse block with the
label facing down, the arrow marked front pointing
toward the front of the cab, and the arrow marked
right pointing toward the right side of the cab.
3. Remove the defective fuse from the socket.
4.
Always use the correct amperage fuse. If a fuse
continuously burns out, it is a sign of a problem with
the wires and/or the device being supplied power.
Correct the problem before replacing the fuse.
Push a new fuse into the socket.
5. Reinstall the fuse block cover and thumb
screws.
