4 Mounting
4.1 General instructions
VEGAMET 141 is designed for carrier rail mounting (top hat rail
35 x 7.5 according to DIN EN 50022/60715). Due to its protection
rating of IP20, the instrument is suitable for mounting in switching
cabinets. It must be mounted vertically.
A VEGAMET 141 in Ex version is an auxiliary, intrinsically safe instru-
ment and may not be installed in explosion-endangered areas.
The instrument is suitable for standard and extended ambient condi-
tions acc. to DIN/EN/IEC/ANSI/ISA/UL/CSA 61010-1.
Make sure that the environmental and ambient conditions specified in
chapter "
Technical data
" are maintained.
