Introduction
This manual describes site preparation and installation procedures for the Veeder-Root TLS RF Wireless 2 System
(W2) for Vapor Recovery monitoring. The TLS RF Wireless 2 System (W2) features two-way communication
utilizing a client/server architecture resulting in improved data collection.
Veeder-Root strongly recommends the use of hard wiring for connecting Veeder-Root sensors to the TLS Console.
Wired connections provide a robust communication link that is far superior to wireless networks.
A wide variety of devices can be integrated into the TLS RF Wireless 2 System (W2) network depending on the
console(s) installed as shown in Table 1. Wireless component kit part numbers are shown in Table 2.

• Mounting the TLS RF and connecting power wiring.
• Installing Receiver, Repeater and Transmitters.
