By means of the slide control you can adjust the display.
The display colours ‚Red‘, ‚Green‘ and ‚Blue‘ can also be set
here. The adjusted parameters of Vectron POS SteelTouch
PC are kept when switching off the POS system.
11. 5. Ser vice of the operating system
To guarantee perfect functioning of the operating system,
defined system programs have to be carried out from time
to time. On the one hand this is defragmentation and on
the other hand disk cleanup. Both programs can be inte-
grated in the ‚Scheduled tasks‘ function so that they are
started automatically according to a selected schedule.
Defragmentation is a process that reduces the amount of
fragmentation in file systems. It does this by physically
organizing the contents of the disk to store the pieces of
