PATiENT dATA CArd- SET uP OF NEw CArd (CONTiNuEd)
Select the row of alpha or numeric
characters desired by pushing the button
beside the corresponding row . Select the
desired character in the row by pressing
the row button until the desired letter is
framed .
Enter Patient ID
SElEcT rOw anD characTErS
When the desired character is framed, press
the Accept and Return Arrow button . The
character selected will display in the top of
the screen and the cursor will advance to
the next position .
To move back a character, press the Left
Arrow button .
To delete a character, press the Left Arrow
button until the character to be deleted is
framed . Press the Delete button .
To discard entire entry, press the Back
button .
Repeat this procedure until the desired
Patient ID is entered .
After Patient ID is entered, press the Save
button .
