TPM Device Selection
Selects TPM device: PTT or discrete TPM.
PTT - Enables PTT in SkuMgr dTPM 1.2 - Disables PTT is SkuMgr Warning!
PTT/dTPM will be disabled and all data saved on it will be lost.
