5.2.7 REC Setting
All the Recording-related settings can be made on this interface,
Auto On For REC
Activate or deactivate the Timer function on this interface.
Input
Source
On this interface, you can decide different video input including Digital,
Analogue, Input 1 (Component Audio/Video Input YPbPr), Input 2 (S-Video
or Composite Audio/Video Input on the rear panel) and Input 3 (Composite
Audio/Video Input on the front panel).
Picture
Quality
For analogue TV recording, VD-R supports four different types of recording
mode with different picture quality. XP represents High Picture Quality
recording mode, SP represents Standard Play mode, SLP represents Super
Long Play Mode and SE represents Super Extended Play mode.
Interval
Length of Recording can be set on this interface.
HDD
VD-R is equipped with an internal HDD for recording storage and is the
default storage driver. There are two USB terminals for external HDD. If you
want to record programmes on an external HDD, please select the related
storage device in the REC Setting
Mode
You can choose the Recording Mode according to your needs.
Format
You can choose the Recording Format according to your needs.
