TROUBLESHOOTING.
In the event of malfunctions, immediately turn off the machine and pull out the plug from the socket.
Call the Authorised Service Centre.
Cause
Solution
The unit does not dispense
water.
The water mains tap or the purifier taps are
closed.
Open the taps.
The water intake union filter is clogged.
Remove and clean.
Check regeneration of the purifier resins.
Clogged nozzle.
Clean the nozzle.
The boiler is not heating.
Heating element faulty.
Call Technical Service.
Main switch set to OFF.
Set the main switch to ON.
Insufficient use of coffee.
The grain size of ground coffee is not correct
(too fine or too coarse).
Check the dispensing time and/or adjust
grinding.
Spray head and filters partially clogged.
Call Technical Service.
Water and steam leak from the
nozzles even when the relative
taps are closed.
Defective seal or presence of a foreign body
in the seal seat.
Call Technical Service.
