Step 2: Load Ribbon

If closed, open up the print head by
pressing down on the two release
levers.
z
Unwrap the ribbon pack and separate
the supply roll from the bare “pick-up”
roll.
(
Tip:
hold the bare roll with your left hand and supply roll
with your right. Wind the ribbon a few times by turning the
bare roll clock-wise.)

Insert the supply roll into the bottom
holder by pushing in the spring side
first.
z
Insert the “pick-up” roll into the top
holder by pushing in the spring side
first.
z
Turn the blue wheel away from you a
few times to ensure that the ribbon is
smooth and tightly wound.
