Mounting the blade itself on the suspension frame is a matter of approximately 2 minutes. The efficiency of piling a spe-
cific material depends on the engine output of the “mini tractor” used. Should a wheel slip occur during the winter season
when piling snow, we recommend using snow chains.
Blades are supplied primarily in a “spring suspension” technical design. Should the blade bump, for example, into a curb
or frozen snow pile, the impact is not transferred directly to the motor chassis, but is damped (levelled) with the springs.

After taking the earth-board plate out of cardboard box proceed firstly to screwing the rubber strip SR014 to the
thrust bar SR032, then insert the part “A“ SR009 into SR010 earth-board case, introduce pin SR008 to secure it
with spring cotter pin VZ073. Simultaneously, the part of the case of the earth-board for cultivator is adaptor for a
specific cultivator type.
5. Operation and safety at work
Only qualified and trained personnel
can carry out assembly, connection, commencement of operation, maintenance
and repairs with adherence to:
N
The provisions of this Instruction Manual.
N
Only a person who is perfectly familiar with the adjustment, control and the basic rules of safety at work, including
risks ensuing from the work, can perform work on the machine. It must be documented that the operators have
been trained and that their knowledge was verified.
N
A damaged machine must never be put into operation.
N
Before you start operating the machine, read this Instruction Manual carefully.
N
Adhere unconditionally to the safety instructions included in this Instruction Manual.
N
Only employees older than 18, mentally and physically fit, trained and authorized are allowed to operate the ma-
chine.
N
Employees operating the machine and carrying out maintenance of it must become familiar with this Instruction
Manual in a documented manner.
N
Carry out the adjustment, maintenance and cleaning of the machine only when it is idle and its position is secured.
N
Before starting work: Check the threaded joints.
N
During repairs, adjustment or replacement of parts, it is prohibited to work under an unsecured machine connected
to the tractor when the engine is running and if the tractor is not secured against spontaneous motion.
N
The machine must be disconnected from the tractor on flat, dry and solid land.
N
Maintain safety labels on the machine in legible condition.
6. Maintenance
Before first use, it is appropriate to lubricate all the moving parts with engine oil. We recommend further lubrication de-
pending on the frequency of use. The blade is equipped with two height-adjustable guide disks that prevent premature
wear of the wiper blade. The blade can be turned round and used from the other side. If needed, a new rubber bar or
any other spare part can be ordered (see table). Before putting aside (storing) for a longer time, we recommend cleaning
the blade of coarse impurities or, as the case may be, washing with water. Repair scratched areas in time or, as the
case may be, peeled paint with a suitable conservation agent or paint. Also check all the threaded joints and their tight-
ness. The blade should be stored in a safe, dry place.
