Use the up and down arrows to select the locale from the list that you wish to use as
the default locale for the system, then press “Tab”
to move the cursor to the left option
(Yes) and
“Enter”
to confirm your choice;
7.
Wait a few seconds for the locale to take effect;
8.
Input “reboot” to restart the system and use “locale -a” to check if the locale is set as
default.
