USER PROGRAM
(PROGRAM 8)
The USER PROGRAM is designed so a user can set up
their own exercise routine. Press the PROGRAM key
until PROGRAM 8 then press the ENTER key. And press
the UP or DOWN key to set the desired TIME,
DISTANCE, CALORIES AND LEVEL. After every
selection the User must press ENTER to confirm. Press
the START/STOP key to begin the exercise.

WATT CONTROL
(PROGRAM 9)
The WATT control program is designed for constant
power so when the speed is too slow the LEVEL will
increase and when the speed is too fast the LEVEL will
automatically decrease. Press the PROGRAM key until
PROGRAM 9 then press the ENTER key. Press the UP
or DOWN keys to set the desired TIME, DISTANCE,
CALORIE and WATT. After every selection the User
must press ENTER to confirm. Press the START/STOP
key to begin the exercise.
