Cleaning the suction strainer

Drain the oil from the transmission.

1. Remove the suction strainer cover.
2. Wipe off any oil which has run out on the chassis.
3. Clean the suction strainer in diesel fuel.

Replace the suction strainer if it is damaged.

4. Dry the suction strainer with compressed air.
5. Refit the suction strainer, gaskets and cover.
Fill the transmission with oil.

Changing the transmission breather

Change the transmission breather periodically.
IMPORTANT: If the tractor is used continuously in dusty conditions, the breather

must be changed more frequently.
