MAINTENANCE
5.01 Routine Maintenance & Inspection
The only r outine maintenance r equi r ed fo r the Fab r icato r 251 is a tho r ough cleaning and inspection, with the f r equency
depending on the usage and the ope r ating envi r onment.
WARNING
Disconnect the Fab r icato r f r om the Input powe r supply voltage befo r e disassembling.
Special maintenance is not necessa r y fo r the cont r ol unit pa r ts in the Powe r Supply. If these pa r ts a r e damaged fo r any
r eason, r eplacement is r ecommended.
CAUTION
Do not blow ai r into the Powe r Supply du r ing cleaning. Blowing ai r into the Powe r Supply can cause metal
pa r ticles to inte r fe r e with sensitive elect r onic components and cause damage to the Powe r Supply.
To clean the Powe r Supply, disconnect it f r om the mains supply voltage then open the enclosu r e and use a vacuum
cleane r to r emove any accumulated di r t and dust. The Powe r Supply should also be wiped clean. If necessa r y, solvents
that a r e r ecommended fo r cleaning elect r ical appa r atus may be used.
T r oubleshooting and r epai r ing the Fab r icato r should be ca rr ied out only by those who a r e familia r with elect r ical
equipment.
