7. Function activation
Lane alert ON/OFF
The Lane alert feature can be temporarily disabled with this button, e.g. in the
event of bad weather when the device can’t see the road clearly.
If you hear “Lane alert system is stopping” after pressing this button down, the
Lane alert system feature is disabled. If this button is pressed again, the Lane alert
feature will be enabled with the message “Lane alert system is starting.”
Beep&Watch ON/OFF
Optilane ON/OFF
The Beep&Watch alarm feature can be temporarily disabled with this button, in
the event of bad weather when the device can’t see the road clearly. If you hear
“The Beep&Watch alarm is stopping” after pressing this button down, the
Beep&Watch Alarm feature is disabled. If this button is pressed again, the
Beep&Watch Alarm feature will be enabled with the message “The Beep&Watch
Alarm is starting.”
If you hear “The Optilane Guide is stopping.” after pressing this button down,
the Optilane Guide feature is disabled.
If this button is pressed again, the Optilane Guide feature will be
enabled with the message of “The Optilane Guide is starting.”
