Frying
A) Turn the main switch to “1”.
The two white lamps illuminate.
B) Set the thermostat (located behind the
door of the device) to the desired tempera-
ture.
The yellow lamp indicates that the device is
heating.
C) The green lamp indicates that the cook-
ing temperature is reached. The fryer is
ready for use
Timer
To set the timer, turn the knob clockwise.
The standard timer is audio only and has no electro mechanical
function
