Too much foam has formed
in the dispenser drawer.
Too much washing product
has been used.
Press the Start/Pause button. To
stop foam from forming, dilute
a tablespoon of fabric softener
in ½ L of water. Then pour it into
the dispenser drawer. Wait 5 to
10 minutes. Then press the Start/
Pause button.
The wrong washing
product was used.
Only use washing products made
for washing machines.
The result of the washing
cycle is not satisfactory.
The laundry is too dirty for
the selected program.
Use the program table to choose
the most suitable program.
There isn't enough
washing product.
Use the amount of washing
product recommended on the
packaging.
The drum is overloaded.
Check that the maximum
capacity for the selected
program has not been exceeded.
The result
of the washing cycle is not
satisfactory.
Hard water.
Increase the amount of washing
product by following the
manufacturer's instructions.
The laundry is too tightly
packed in the drum.
Make sure that the laundry is
evenly distributed.
As soon as the machine is
supplied with water, leaks
can be observed.
The end of the drain hose
is too low in relation to the
machine.
Make sure that the drain hose is
fitted at a suitable height.(**) .
There is no visible water in
the drum during washing.
No fault. The water is
located in a part of the
drum that is not visible.

Some undissolved particles
of washing product may
occur in the form of white
