A.3.3 Alert Registers
Gas level alert registers are 16-bit fields. Each register communicates the status of alerts of
specific severity for a particular timeframe (for example, gas level caution alerts for present
values).
If an alert is active, the corresponding bit is set to 1. The bit is set to 0 when the alert is
acknowledged or the alert is turned off. For more information, see Gas Level Alerts (page 17) .
