Appendix A: Network Information Required
The intent of this appendix is to
assist both A/V system integrators and IT managers preparing for the installation of the
HuddleSTATION conferencing platform into the enterprise IP and VoIP network
.
For the HuddleSTATION and room PC, three (3) total IP addresses are required. The addresses are as follows:
1) For the HuddleSTATION for UC conferencing
2) For the HuddleSTATION VoIP conferencing
3) For the in-room PC used with the UC conferencing application.
For the first HuddleSTATION IP address (Non-VoIP):
The HuddleSTATION IP address information (for non-VoIP) is entered under the
Networking Menu
tab. The
following items will need to be entered:
1)
Hostname
: ____________________________________________________. The Hostname is a label used
for identification of the Group/HuddleSTATION UC conferencing device connected to the network.

Network Type
; DHCP or Static
