5 Trouble-shooting
This section lists faults that can be solved simply by following the instructions given. If
the fault cannot be remedied, please call Customer Services.
Before calling Customer Services: Please note down the serial number (for FN, see iden-
tification plate under «Technical data») and what led to the fault.
Malfunction Possible cause Solution
Appliance is not
working. ▪ An interruption in the
power supply. ▸ Check the power supply.
▸ Change fuse.
▸ Reset automatic circuit breaker.
Illumination is not
working. ▪ LED light bulb is defective. ▸ Replace the LED light bulb.
Malfunction Possible cause Solution
Appliance is not ex-
tracting enough air. ▪ Metal grease filters are
dirty. ▸ Clean metal grease filters.
▪ Recirculation mode only:
Activated charcoal filters
are saturated. ▸ Clean and reactivate or replace
activated charcoal filters.
▪ Extraction mode only: In-
sufficient fresh air intake. ▸ Ensure fresh air intake is suffi-
cient.
