Replacing the standard activated charcoal filter
Standard activated charcoal filters are only used in the recirculation model.
The standard activated charcoal filter should be replaced after 3 to 6 months
of operation. Standard activated charcoal filters cannot be washed or
rejuvenated.

Pull out the glass shield completely.

Remove the metal grease filter.

Push the two red retaining slides

on the standard activated charcoal
filter

upward while lifting the filter from below as you pull it out of the
holder

Slide the new standard activated charcoal filter upward under the bracket
and fix it below on the holder

. Allow the red retaining slides

to latch in
place.

Reinsert the metal grease filter.
A
Screw the fuse back in or switch the circuit breaker back on.
Remove the appliance’s fuse or switch the circuit breaker off.
The dirty standard activated charcoal filter can be disposed of with the
household waste.
