Unloading dishes
The dishes can be unloaded either at the end of the programme or when the final drying
phase finishes. For optimum drying results, it is recommended that the appliance only be
unloaded after the final drying phase has finished.
End of programme and final drying phase
When the programme has finished,
–
a 5× acoustic signal is emitted.
Then the final drying phase begins:
–
Depending on the model, either the display illuminates or the FunctionLight flashes.
–
The appliance door opens automatically.
Closing the appliance door can damage the appliance!
The appliance door must not be closed after opening automatically. The door
opener could otherwise get damaged!
When the final drying phase has finished,
–
3 long acoustic signals are emitted.
–
the energy and water consumption of the programme appears in the display for
about 10 seconds.
–
the display goes out.
–
the appliance enters the energy-saving «EcoStandby» mode.
Unloading the appliance
▸ Remove the dishes. Unload the lower basket first.
▸ Periodically check the filter system and clean if necessary (see page 46).

Programme options
7.1
Delayed start
The delayed start allows you to wash during off-peak hours (e.g. at off-peak electricity
rates). It can be set briefly after selecting a programme.
A delayed start of between 30 minutes and 24 hours can be set.
Setting the delayed start duration
▸ On the start screen, touch the button repeatedly until the desired programme ap-
pears.
▸ Select the desired programme and any desired setting options (see page 30).
