CHAPTER 17 - SOUND EMISSION
The Leq equivalent level averaged over multiple processing cycles (including footwear change stages)
was measured with Class 1 precision sound level meter as set out in IEC standards with fast-slow reading
constant, both from the position where the operator is, and in positions surrounding the machine being
considered. There is a phonometric report at the company.
In view of the results of continuous use of the machine, the use of anti-noise devices such as ear plugs
or ear muffs is mandatory.
The measured value is Lp(A)= 92 dB and the sound power level is Lw= 102 dB
