Insufficient water supply
Ensure that the machine has a water
supply greater than the pump's
capacity.
Intake and/or discharge valve
springs broken or worn out.
Replacing valves
Foreign bodies in the
suction and/or discharge
valves.
Check and clean the valves
Worn bearings.
Replace the bearings.
Excessive temperature of the
pumped liquid.
Decrease the temperature of the
pumped liquid.
Water leaking from drains
between crankcase and
pump head
