Before you contact our service centre, please check the following:
PROBLEM
Motor does not start
Suction power is weaker
POSSIBLE REASON
– Power cord not firmly plugged into outlet
– Outlet damaged
– Cleaner not switched on
– Start motor temperature protection
– Unit clogged
– Dust filter needs cleaning
– Dust container not in position
ADVICE
– Plug unit firmly
– Check the outlet
– Switch on the appliance
– Wait ~30 minutes to restart the machine
– Remove the blockage
– Clean the dust filter
– Reattach the dust container to the cleaner
