2. INSTALLATION
The terminal can be installed on a normal telephone line or as extension of a switchboard.
2.1
CONNECTION TO THE TELEPHONE LINE
For correct installation of the terminal, proceed as follows:
1. Connect the hand-set to the connector on the bottom of the terminal as shown in the figure below.
2. Arrange the flat part of the spiral cable in the groove located on the bottom of the terminal.
3. Connect the cable of the telephone line to the connector on the bottom of the terminal as shown in the
figure below.
4. Arrange the flat part of the spiral cable in the groove located on the bottom of the terminal.
2.2
CONNECTION AS EXTENSION OF A SWITCHBOARD
When internal numbers are connected to the switchboard, check the maximum connection distance in the
manual of your PABX and comply with current regulations for the telephone system using a suitable cable.
The cables of the Internal Numbers must be of the twisted pair type with insulated tin-plated copper wires
with a nominal cross-section of not less than 0.5 mm
