3.2.4. How to call a number present in the direct dialling Phonebook
The 4097/1 terminal can save up to 10 numbers associating these with a Position (from 0 to 9). These
numbers cam be called pressing the
S
key and then the numeric code. To save the numbers in the direct
dialling Phonebook, refer to section 3.4.
1. With the telephone connected to the telephone line, lift the hand-set and, on hearing the line signal,
press the S key (shift).
2. Select the code desired.
3. The telephone number associated to the code will be dialled automatically
4. At the end of conversation, replace the hand-set.

: to call the number associated to key 5.

HOW TO SAVE NUMBERS IN THE DIRECT ACCESS PHONEBOOK
To save a number in the direct access Phonebook (M1, M2 and M3 keys), proceed as follows:
1. With the telephone connected to the telephone line, lift the hand-set and, on hearing the line signal,
press the MEM key.
2. Select the number to be saved.
3. Press the MEM key again.
4. Press the M1, M2 or M3 key on which the number is to be saved
NOTE
: The following keys can be saved; from 0 to 9, *, #, pause (RD/P key) and FLASH.

: To save of the number 011_2400000 on key M2.

3.3.1. Doorphone
functions
If you have installed the 4097/1 terminal as extension from an Urmet Domus PABX switchboard of the
Agorà series and generally on all Urmet Domus PABX switchboards excluding intercom switchboards,
doorphone service commands can be saved in the Phonebook in order to simplify use.
