: When performing the test, your WIRELESS NVR will continue to work as normal. If an HDD S.M.A.R.T error are
found, the HDD can be continued to use, but there will be a risk to lose recording data. It is recommended to replace a
new HDD.
4.6.2
CLOUD
Your NVR can upload snapshots or videos to cloud services through Dropbox/Google Drive. Dropbox/Google Drive is a
free service that allows you to easily store and share snapshots.
Before enabling the cloud storage service, we recommend that you create a Dropbox account with your email username
and password. After the creation is complete, log in to www.dropbox.com , enter the email address and password, and
click the login button after agreeing to the terms.
Cloud Storage:
Check to enable this function.
Cloud Type:
Choose the type of cloud storage, including Dropbox and Google.
Cloud Status
:
The activation status of cloud storage. Inactive: Unactivated and activated: Activated.
Capacity
:
Cloud storage capacity, the percentage bar is the percentage of cloud storage memory used, and the one on
the right is the remaining capacity/total capacity.
Cloud Overwrite:
Set cloud storage overwrite frequency.
Video Type:
Set the format of the video that is uploaded to the cloud.
Folder Name
:
The name of the folder where the channel videos and pictures are stored.
Activate Cloud:
Click to activate the function. After a while, you will see a message on the screen: The activation link has
been sent to your email (for email settings, please refer to 4.5.3.1 Email Configuration). Check your email and click the link
to activate. You will be redirected to the Dropbox website. Click "Allow" to complete the activation.
