IDENTIFICATION OF THE MECHANICAL PARTS
INSTALLATION SPECIFICATIONS
•
Never install the CCTV camera where it is exposed to rain or moisture. In these cases, use the
specific housings.
•
Avoid pointing the lens directly towards the sun or intense sources of light also when the camera is
off. The subject must not be backlit.
•
Do not point the camera towards reflecting objects.
•
In the case of a "C" type lens, insert the adapter ring provided between the CCTV camera and the
lens.
•
When the CCTV camera is used in variable lighting conditions, an Auto-Iris lens must be used.
•
It is advisable to install a suitable sectioning and protection switch ahead of the appliances.
•
Before connecting the power supply, check that the rating data of the power supply match those of
the CCTV camera.
•
THE CCTV CAMERA MUST BE GROUNDED.
The mains cables must be wired according to the following colour coding:
GREEN/YELLOW:
......................................Ground
BLUE:
.......................................................... Neutral
BROWN:
...................................................... Phase
