Front and Rear Panel Descriptions

Front

LCD screen:

The thermostat has a 2” Color LCD screen.

Hard buttons: 

These buttons change according to what is displayed on screen.

Up/Down arrow buttons:

Use these buttons to adjust the temperature or select an onscreen item.

Reset button 

(

located on the right side of the thermostat

): Press the recessed button with a stylus or paperclip

for less then 10 seconds to reboot the thermostat.

Rear

MAC Address: 

The MAC address label is located on the rear of the thermostat.

Batteries not required: 

This model does not require batteries but future models may.

S+|S-:

Supports one hardwired external temperature sensor which directly connects to the rear of the THZ-

100’s S+ (Power +) and S- (Power -) connectors. 

B: 

Reversing Valve (Heat)

O:

Reversing Valve (Cool)

Y2: 

2nd stage compressor (Air Conditioner)

Y1: 

1st stage compressor (Air Conditioner)

W2:

2nd stage heat or 2nd Stage AUX heat for a heat pump.

W1:

1st stage heat or AUX heat for a heat pump system.

G:

Fan Terminal - If you are using a single speed fan, connect it to the “G” terminal, since the fan speed default

is set to Low. On a multi-speed fan, “G” is the lowest speed.

C: 

24 VAC common

RC:

24 VAC from the cooling system 

RH:

24 VAC from the heating system. Note: If a separate 24 VAC is not supplied to the RC terminal, you should

install a jumper from RH to RC.
