SUBJECT TO APPLICABLE LAW, WHICH MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THIS WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY MADE BY THE COMPANY
FOR THE PRODUCT AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, COMMITMENTS AND/OR AGREEMENTS, EXPRESS
OR IMPLIED, MADE, OR ALLEGEDLY MADE, BY THE COMPANY OR ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS,
REPRESENTATIVES OR DEALERS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ALL SUCH OTHER WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED
BY THE COMPANY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY’S LIABILITY OF ANY KIND INCLUDE ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL
OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF THE COMPANY SHALL HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH
POTENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE.

Unless otherwise agreed in the Agreement, all matters relating to this warranty shall be exclusively governed by the
laws of the State of Israel, regardless of any rules relating to the conflict of laws which may apply; and the competent
courts in Tel Aviv, Israel shall have sole and exclusive jurisdiction with regard to any dispute related to this warranty.
