If the floor is not perfectly flush, a loading ramp
with a maximum incline of 4°
may be used to simplify trolley
loading.
The maximum floor incline allowed is 2°.
If floor incline exceeds this value, hot liquids may spill from the trays during loading/extrac-
tion and cause burns.
