4. ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
Any maintenance operations must be carried only by a
qualified
Unox
technician.
Before starting any maintenance operation, it is necessary
to disconnect the appliance from the electrical power
supply and allow it to cool down.
The appliance must be regularly serviced (at least once a
year) by a qualified
Unox
service technician.
5. SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
All maintenance operations must be only be carried out
by a qualified
Unox
technician.
Before starting any maintenance operation it is necessary
to disconnect the appliance from the electrical power
supply and allow it to cool down.
Opening the box placed on the rear of the prover will
allow access to all internal components for service and
maintenance.
