1. Remove the retaining ring (figure 5 [11]) from the end of the shaft and remove the spur
gear [10] and key [12] from the shaft.
2. Remove the three 1/4-20 hex head cap screws [5 & 14]), Washers [3 & 4], deflector [2]
and withdraw the bevel gear drive shaft assembly from the transmission housing.
