Beater head assembly:
(Figure 4)
1. Remove the 3/8-24 hex head cap screw, (left hand thread), and remove the beater head
assembly using the two jack screws if necessary.
2. With tool T1201 remove the drive pin (Figure 4 [3]).
3. Remove the retaining ring [9], beater head pinion gear [8] and the key [4] from the
beater head shaft.
NOTE:
If a gear requires replacement, always replace it’s mating gear.
