Fan on demand check.

When switching on the machine with the B1 switch the fan should start running and LED D23
and D28 should light up. After approx. 5min the fan should switch off and D23 and D28
should go out.

Press the torch trigger. D23 and D29 lights up indicating that the cutting signal controls the
AFC.

To test the thermal control of the AFC you can bridge the A8 contact with a piece of wire, this
should make the D23 and D30 LED light up.

If any discrepancies change the E3 Control & Ignition PCB.
