9 If it is necessary to service the combustion head, after removing the CO manifold, carry out the following operations:
10 unscrew the eight VA screws that fasten the CA air box;
11 open the CA air box;
12 remove the group of heads as indicated in the following figure;
ATTENTION: do not remove the securing screws VB of the burner flange!

13 replace the cables, if damaged, observing the sequence of combustion heads indicated by the letters, glued on the electrode
cables;
14 to remove the electrodes, loosen the fastening screws VE;
15 remove the E electrodes by separating them from the supports; replace the electrodes if they are damaged;
16 to remove the combustion head T - remove the fastening screws VT;
17 remove the combustion head: to clean the combustion head, remove dirt with a hand hoover using Clean the combustion head:
Clean the combustion head with a hand vacuum cleaner using the suction method, if there are hard deposits, remove them with a
metal brush;
18 to replace the nozzles, proceed as follows: remove the recessed fixing screws VB and take out the damaged nozzle to replace it.
19 To replace the nozzles on the outer side, proceed as follows: Remove the recessed fixing screws VP screws recessed and remove
the damaged nozzle for replacement. To replace the nozzles on the inside, proceed as follows: unscrew fixing screws VM and
remove the plate holding the nozzles; replace replace the damaged nozzle(s).
20 When reassembling, carry out all operations in reverse order, paying particular attention to ensuring that the correct electrode posi-
tions.
