Gas filter maintenance
To clean or remove the filter, proceed as follows:
1
remove the cap unscrewing the fixing screws (A);
2
remove the filtering cartridge (B), clean it using water and soap, blow it with compressed air(or replace it, if necessary)
3
replace the cartridge in its proper position taking care to place it inbetween the guides as not to hamper the cap replacement;
4
be sure to replace the “O” ring into its place (C) and replace the cover fastening by the proper screws (A).
Removing the filter in the MULTIBLOC DUNGS MB-DLE 415 - 420 B01 1” 1/2 - 2”

Check the filter at least once a year!

Change the filter if the pressure difference between pressure connection 1 and 2 (Fig. 30-Fig. 31)

Change the filter if the pressure difference between pressure connection 1 and 2 (Fig. 30-Fig. 31) is twice as high compared to the last
check.
You can change the filter without removing the fitting.

Interrupt the gas supply closing the on-off valve.

Remove screws 1 ÷ 6 (Fig. 32).

Change filter insert.

Re-insert filter housing, screw in screws 1 ÷ 6 without using any force and fasten.

Perform leakage and functional test, p
max.
= 360 mbar.

Pay attention that dirt does not fall inside the valve.
ATTENTION: Before opening the filter, close the manual cutoff valve downstream the filter and bleed the gas;
check that inside the filter there is no pressurised gas.
