7. Mic Inputs
Priority configuration for inputs MIC 1 - MIC 6
The signals of microphones connected to Mic 1-6 are being mixed with the BGM (AUX) signal.
The mic inputs can be configured with different priorities by means of dip switch (24) as follows:
Serial Priority
(MIC 1 over Mic 2, MIC 2 over
MIC 3, MIC 3 over MIC 4, MIC 4
over MIC 5 , MIC 5 over MIC 6)
Block Priority
(The mic being used first of all has
priority and cannot be interrupted
by any of the other mics)
Conference Priority
(Only one mic can be operated at
a time. Interruption by annother
mic is possible.)
Mixing Mode
(All mics can be operated in
parallel).
Attention:
A UPM 8001 connected to the ‚Mic1’ input is not affected by the selected priority mode selected for the mics 2-6.
Configuration of inputs Mic 1 - 6
The inputs MIC 1 bis 6 (40, 37, 36, 34, 33, 31) are balanced audio inputs with an input sensitivity of 1,5mV at 600
ohms input impedance
For the inputs Mic 1 – 4 phantom
power can be selected with the dip
switches (35, 38) located next to
the XLR mic inputs
For the inputs MIC 5 / LINE 1 (33) and MIC 6 / LINE 2 (31) input sensivity and phantom power can be selected
with the slide switches (30,32) that are located at the left side of each XLR connector.
