•  City: X and K band sensitivity reduced; Ka band full sensitivity.

If a band is turned off through the menus, it is off in all modes.

REAR BALANCE

This feature lets you adjust the X, K, and Ka band rear radar sensitivity from 100% to

30% in Highway, City, and Advanced modes. If you set rear balance to 50%, the rear

radar’s sensitivity will be half of what the front radar’s sensitivity is. If the front radar

is set to 80%, rear radar will be 40% (half of 80%).

POP MODE

In POP mode, the R7 can detect short burst from radars that are too fast for many

other detectors to catch. You can turn POP mode on and off in the Menu system.

ALERT DISPLAY OPTIONS

The R7 has 2 different display options for alerts, selectable in the Menus.
