Fertiliser distributors are suspended machines designed to be used with tractors.
NOTE:
Fertilisers intended for distribution at larger distances should be delivered to the fields by
other means of transport.
The unit can be used in the fields where the slope does not exceed 12°.

3. Design and operation
The suspended fertiliser distributor is composed of the following basic units:
- frame with the linkage assembly;
- load container;
- distribution disc and mixer drive;
- distribution volume control mechanism;
- hydraulic or mechanical system to open dosing holes in the bottom of the containers.
It is possible to install on the fertiliser distributor the lighting equipment and a marking plate
which is necessary to transport the fertiliser distributor on public roads.
Do not exceed the maximum working load (see section 2) and tractor axis load. Drive the unit
on public roads only with a partly loaded container.
In order to facilitate the daily operation of the fertiliser distributor, it is possible to equip it with a
set of transport wheels. The wheels are intended for moving the empty unit prior to connecting
or after disconnecting the fertiliser distributor from the tractor as well as for daily lubrication,
adjustment, washing or minor repairs.
Depending on the size of the tractor, the load on the front axis is reduced when
lifting the fertiliser distributor. The front axis load should be at least 20% of the
tractor weight.
- Class 0.9 with the load of 400
–500 kg of fertiliser
- Class 1.4 with the load of 850
–1,200 kg
- Class 3 with the load of 1,600 kg
- Class 3 with the load of 2,100
–3,000 kg with a set of additional front
axle weights or mounted on the chassis on road wheels
