The machine intended for loading with fertiliser should be suspended on the tractor in
accordance with the data included in the distribution data table.
Specified values refer to the distances between the field’s surface and the front and rear
parts of the distribution disc.
2.1. Standard (basic) fertiliser distribution
The provided machine suspension data [in cm] applies to standard fertiliser distribution.
In the case of spring distribution, when the height of the crop ranges from 10 to 40 cm,
the suspension height (e.g. 80/80) should be measured from the 50% of the height of
the crop. Therefore, for the crop height of 20 [cm], the machine should be suspended at
the height of 90/90 from the field’s surface.
In the case of higher crop, suspend the machine in line with the data for top dressing.
For very dense fields, e.g. rape, suspend the distributor (e.g. 80/80) above the field by
changing the lower suspension openings. If possible, for high crop, suspend the
machine in line with the data for top dressing.
2.2. Top dressing
In the event of fertiliser distribution in later periods, when the crop’s growth is advanced,
the user can tilt the distributor longitudinally on the three-
point linkage. The machine’s tilt
angle with no impact on the operation quality is set by position B of the indicator located
on the inside of the frame of the machine’s linkage assembly.
Position A of the indicator corresponds to the distributor’s longitudinal levelling.
In the case of deflections of Cardan joints above 25°, jointed shafts with an increased
possibility of angular deflections should be used.
