Worktable of the wheel grinder may be adjusted in such a way, so it could be used as worktable for the
belt grinding.
•
Remove the studs from the worktable base and place them in to the console located behind the motor.

Changing the grinding wheel
•
Loosen the screw and open the wheel cover.
•
Remove the old grinding paper and glue in a new one.
•
Close the cover.
Note
It is prohibited to use your machine without the belt
installed.
Adjusting the worktable angle
•
Loosen the safety screws of the worktable
•
Set the worktable angle within 0 - 45°.
•
Tighten the setting screw again.
Using the wheel grinder
•
Switch on the machine and wait until the
grinding wheel reaches maximum speed.
•
Loosen the safety screws on the worktable
and set the required angle for the table.
•
Tighten the setting screw again.
•
To perform grinding under an angle, use angle
ruler.
•
Place the work piece close to the half of the
grinding wheel that spins downwards, relative
to the worktable.
•
If you are using the table for angle grinding ope-
rations, make sure to maintain open table angle.
That way you eliminate situations when the work
piece may get stuck between the grinding wheel
(or the grinding belt) and the worktable. See picture 11.
•
Keep your tool clean. Dirt may enter the inner mechanism of your machine and cause damage.
•
Do not use aggressive cleaning solution or paint thinners to clean your machine.
•
Clean plastic parts with soft cloth dipped in soapy water.
•
Clean and treat metal surfaces with a cloth dipped in paraffin oil.
•
If you are not using your machine, conserve it with lubrication and store it in dry place to prevent corrosion.
