SELF-DIAGNOSIS

No video from external source connected to Unavi system.
Check to see if cables are connected properly.
Make sure AV cable from the external device is connected to the audio/video input port on the back of the Unavi system (yellow
composite port for video, white and red for audio).

System does not boot up or turn on.
Check to see if cables are connected properly.
Reboot the system using the Reset button located on the control box.

System will not boot past the loading screen.
Reboot the system using the Reset button located on the control box.

SD Card cannot be read or recognized by the system.
SD Cards other than the original product may not be compatible with the Unavi system.
Make sure SD Card is properly inserted in the control box.
Make sure lock switch is slid up (unlock position) on the SD Card.
Make sure SD Card is formatted as FAT32 and free from any virus.
Check contact pins on the SD Card and the reader to ensure they are clean.
Reboot the system using the Reset button located on the control box.

Random error message pops up on the screen.
Make sure the control box is secured and cables are connected properly.
Make sure SD Card is properly inserted in the control box.
Reboot the system using the Reset button located on the control box.
If problem persists, re-install program and/or reload map files.

System automatically boots into Windows mode.
This is a result of corrupt operating system or program files being deleted from memory.
Reboot the system using the Reset button located on the control box.
If problem persists, perform system update (Main Menu > Settings > System Update > Update); Refer to section 3-3.
