other waste. Thus this product must not be disposed of along with municipal waste at the end of its service life.
Specific waste collection systems must be used for this type of waste or the device can be returned to the

OPERATING TIPS
Ursula RS485 hub has been designed to:
Ÿ
Increase the number of boards connected to each other.
Bear in mind that the limit between Vesta and peripheral boards like
Eva
is 200 (for each of
Vesta
's channels).
Ÿ
Increase the distance from Vesta to the board furthest away.
Bear in mind that the maximum distance between
Vesta
and another
slave board like
Eva
is 1 km.
Ÿ
Regenerate the signal, improving communication quality.
In addition to the distance issue, further interference may be caused by
external components or it may be that the cable used is not entirely
suitable, resulting in a decrease in the possible distance.
Ÿ
Create a number of bus line branches for increased operating reliability
on each branch and have the option of isolating the bus for
maintenance purposes.
For example: if we install 100 UNA boards on a single bus branch and
the bus shorts out, none of the 100 boards will be able to communicate
with each other. If we opt instead to use a HUB RS485 to split the bus
line into a number of channels, a short-circuit on one of the 4 branches
would only disrupt communication between the boards belonging to that
branch.
These applications can be produced and/or recommended to divide
Una boards into functional groups (lighting on one branch, power on
another, etc.) or by floors/levels (one branch for the ground floor, one for
the first floor, and so on).
