5) Removing Small Cylinder Components
(1) Loosen the outlet valve holder plate
M3×L5 roundhead screw.
(2) Remove the outlet valve holder plate,
backup outlet valve, and outlet valve.
(3) Loosen the inlet valve holder plate M3×L5
roundhead screw.
(4) Remove the inlet valve holder plate and
inlet valve.
(5) Place a small amount of cleaning fluid on
a soft cloth or paper and wipe the entire
cylinder to remove oil and grease. It is
particularly important to clean the inlet
and outlet valve mountings, and the inside
surface of the cylinder.
Caution: Take care to ensure that the
mark is not lost.

Remove the holder plate.
(4)
Remove cup packing.

Removal complete.
