Installing a battery

Installing a battery (not included) allows you to use the Uniphone
1140 for up to 45 minutes during a power outage. It will also save
any settings or message changes if there is a power outage. Use a 9-
volt alkaline battery. The battery compartment is on the bottom of
the Uniphone 1140. Follow the steps below to install a battery.
