repair, alteration, neglect, or abnormal conditions of operation, repairs will be billed at
the Welldone normal rate.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and no
representative or person is authorized to represent or assume for Welldone any liability in
connection with the sale of our products other than set forth herein.
Amendments reserved.
Damage in Transit
The battery and charger should be tested when received. If the battery or charger is
damaged in any way, a claim should be filed with the carrier. A full report of the damage
should be obtained by the claim agent, and this report should be forwarded to Ultra
Motor. Ultra Motor will advise the disposition to be made of the equipment and arrange
for repair or replacement.
