• Put a hand on the lid to hold it in place while
blending.
• Never open the lid when the blade is rotating.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
- Before cleaning any part on the blender turn
the knob (8) to the “0” position (a) and unplug
the appliance from the mains supply.
- Remove the blade unit from the jug by turning
it clockwise.
- Use warm soapy water to wash all of the
elements which have been in contact with
the food. Take great care when cleaning the
blades.
- Use a damp cloth to wipe down the motor
housing.
Do not leave the appliance too long before
cleaning, the residues might glue themselves to
the inside of the jug. If this happens, use a nylon
brush to remove it.
Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents
or solvents.
Don’t wash any parts in your dishwasher except
the glass jug without the blade unit and the seal
ring.
Don’t immerse the motor unit in water or any
other liquid.
